Introduction to Xsan

In this session, we will offer an overview of Apple's Xsan. The Xsan allows
speeds of up to 4 gigabits per client computer, disk space of up to a
petabyte and allows multiple computers to share data. We will cover how
creative professionals can save money and increase productivity using xSAN
technology. We will cover the basics of the xSAN and the concept of
virtualization with storage management. If you are already considering an
xSAN then the Q and A may even help you decide on your configuration or help you with saving money on your hardware purchase.

"Mac Downunder' and an Apple philosophy: "Things we think but do not say"
Presenter: Peter Mellow is a senior lecturer at the Auckland University of Technology
where he has produced over 50 interactive CDs and DVDs. In 2004 her ran the first national Mac users conference in New Zealand, taking a lot of inspiration from the SoCal MacFair. In 2004, Peter was given the "Apple Outstanding Tertiary Educator Award". His voice can now be heard on the new iPod Gym videos that he has made in the recently released iWorkout 4.0

learning about web design and pages.

running this valuable software to build images and boot your computer into

Services and installing Windows applications into Mac OS X. If you need
